Difference Between CoolPro2300 and CoolPro2800 Truck Air Conditioning Units

In KingClima industry, the CoolPro2300 and CoolPro2800 models of
truck air conditioning units are more popular but sometimes our customers will be confused of the prices of them are so different. That is why? Most because of their inner side structure and materials are various. Now let’s see the details.
1. Shell Materials
CoolPro2800 roof mounted air conditioning units for trucks adopt injection molding and
CoolPro2300 rooftop air conditioner for semi truck adopt vacuum forming.
We all know that the cost of injection molding is higher than vacuum forming, and it need to make a mold.
2. Compressor
CoolPro2800 truck sleeper air conditioner adopts Dafu scroll compressor. Dafu compressor is the only OEM factory in China to manufacture compressor for Danfoss. The CoolPro2300 model adopts another compressor that the weight is larger than Dafu compressor. Both of them adopt scroll compressor.
3. Size of cab requirement
For the
CoolPro2800 truck air conditioner, the cutting size can be customized according to the truck cab size. The largest cutting size for CoolPro2800 is 850*550mm and smallest cutting size is 320*400; but for the CoolPro2300, it only suit for the 600*300mm.
1. Control system and production capacity: Compressors and controllers are key factors in determining the stability of its quality, KingClima Co-developed the compressor with Dafu Heavy Industry (the only designated processing plant by Denso in China), independent R&D controller, use FOC control, PWM modulation, meet the GB/T22068-2008 Standards, directly supply Zotye electric car with yearly quantity 120,000 sets.
2. Warranty: for CoolPro2300 and CoolPro2800, we give 2 years warranty. Noted that other company only give 1 year warranty for the truck sleeper cab air conditioners.
3. Adopt the most high brand expansion valve from China.
4. Anti-high temperature: it can be suitable for the Middle East countries, which their ambient temperature is over 50 degree, and can lower the cab temperature to 30 degree in 15 minutes.
